  • Payment secures your spot(s); we do not hold reservations without payment.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer cash or card refunds for any reason.
  • Rescheduling & Store Credit: If you provide 24 hours’ notice or more before your scheduled event, we will gladly reschedule your session or provide store credit to use toward a future event.
  • Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: No reschedule, credit, or refund is available for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • Private Events: Require a minimum guest count. Cancellations or changes are subject to the same policy.

Event Conduct & Participation

  • Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol; valid ID required.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled event to check in.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner, at our sole discretion.

Safety & Liability

  • All guests must follow staff instructions and safety guidelines while on the premises.
  • The Painted Trail and Ocean View Stables are not responsible for any personal injury, property loss, or damage occurring during events or tours.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, The Painted Trail may need to postpone or reschedule an event. We will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer a reschedule or store credit option.
  • If we must cancel, guests will receive full store credit for a future event.

Photo & Media Release

  • By attending, you grant The Painted Trail permission to use photographs or videos taken during the event for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff upon arrival.

Changes to Terms

  • The Painted Trail reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Act of God / Force Majeure

In the event that The Painted Trail is unable to host your scheduled event due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, natural disaster, severe weather, pandemic, government regulation, labor strikes, acts of war, civil unrest, or any other event commonly referred to as an “Act of God”—we will not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations.

If such circumstances force us to cancel or postpone an event, guests will be offered the choice of rescheduling for a future date or receiving store credit to use for any upcoming Painted Trail event. Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances. We will communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
